Services Overview
e-End USA provides secure data destruction of electronic data containing media to meet or exceed NIST SP
800-88 and DoD 5220.22M standards. Data destruction and electronic recycling services are offered to government
agencies and private businesses, plus individuals. All materials are handled and recycled in conformance with federal,
state, and local regulations.
Data Destruction: e-End
USA provides destruction of hard drives and other
electronic data-containing media devices such as magnetic tapes (back-up tapes), CDs, DVDs, floppies, plus various other data containing media. Data sanitization
is performed using two methods, hard drive erasure/overwrite in compliance with DOD standard 5220.22-M and/or physical destruction of the data-containing media
to meet NIST SP 800-88 guidelines. With proprietary, compact and portable media destruction equipment, e-End
USA can perform data
destruction in a client's office or government agency facility.
e-Cycling: e-End
USA's main objective is to extend the life of all usable components,
through either adaptive reuse or component recycling and consists of two phases:
Adaptive Reuse: Individual components or parts that still function will be placed back into service for either their
intended use, or another suitable application. Adaptive Reuse can significantly extend the useful life of a component resulting in preserving valuable resources
required to produce a new product.
Demanufacturing/Recycling Material that cannot be reused as-is, or adaptively reused, is demanufactured in our facility
in Frederick, Maryland. In this process all equipment is disassembled and the individual components and various commodities are recycled back into the manufacturing
stream to become new products. Recycling in this manner saves valuable resources, raw materials, energy, labor, etc.
