Contact Us Before You Head into The Cloud to be Certain the Data Left on the Ground is Secure.
Don’t Leave Your Secure Data Unprotected.
Before you begin your migration to cloud based data, be certain to have written policies and
procedures in place to handle the decommissioning of your data center equipment. Even if you
are redeploying the old equipment, you must have specific data security procedures in place.
e-End's data security team will assist with the transition by identifying all data containing equipment and associated data containing media residing on ALL types of equipment. Unless the media will be transferred to a department with the proper security rights to handle that data, you must destroy the data.
e-End adheres to NIST 800-88 and NSA guidelines for purging data and is NAID AAA certified. We can provide total data sanitization with all data being destroyed beyond forensic reconstruction.
For end of life drives, degaussing and shredding is performed.
Following the data sanitization, e-End will safely, efficiently, and securely remove all equipment from the data center. e-End has a zero landfill policy and the equipment will be recycled.
