I would like to express my deep sense of appreciation for the quality of your staff. I had a computer that I had purchased from e-End a short time ago and started to experience some issues. Probably caused by me. I called and spoke to Eugene and he recommended steps that I should take to correct it. After I called him back the next day and told him that it didn’t work, he said, “Well if you can swing by, I can take a look really quickly.” I stopped by with the computer and within a few minutes, the computer was up and running.
